[Playlist] Some questions on XSPF

I recently stumbled on XSPF and some questions came up which
I have not found an answer to:


== XSPF ==
* Is there an open source reference of XSPF-handling in C/C++
  available somewhere?
* Does XSPF support playlist nesting (playlists containing playlists)?
* Does XSPF support rating of playlist entries?

== Plext ==
* The Link to Plext on http://www.xspf.org/applications/ is broken
* Is Plext open source? How can I contact the author of Plext
  without posting to his blog?
