[Playlist] Double-hyphen in the XSPF sample document

I found another problem with the example at
http://playlist.musicbrainz.org/playlist/moin.cgi/DefaultFormatInXmlVersionThree

The meta tag is used with the attribute "property" instead of "rel":

<meta property="http://example.org/key">value</meta>
<meta property="http://some.domain.invalid/tempo">slow</meta>
