[Playlist] IESG assistance needed

The XSPF media type registration is currently stuck in the 
IANA/IESG/IETF labyrinth because I can't figure out what the next step 
in the process is supposed to be.  If anybody with real practical 
knowledge of this process can contact me offlist to troubleshoot, I'd be 
grateful.

This not a cry for help or a request that other newbies fish around for 
advice to give.  I specifically need a standards insider, and probably 
somebody with experience specifically at the IESG.
