Short answer: most of the differences between ISO 8601 and xsd:dateTime 
only exist for a range of dates which precede the publication date of 
XSPF.  Since dates in XSPF are publication dates of playlists, there are 
no possible dates which would be different.  The one remaining 
difference is "an optional trailing time zone specificiation" in 
xmlschema dateTime.

Off the top of my head:
- no more use of the terms URL and URN.  Say "locator" and "name" instead.
- fix examples to not use Magnet URI, because this is not explanatory.
- give a story about use of Musicbrainz http:// identifiers in the 
identifier element.
