[Playlist] translations

It strikes me that it would not be a bad thing to translate the spec into 
non-english languages, and that the order of languages here is a pretty 
decent cut at what the order of languages should be:

That's:
english, dutch, french, german, spanish

Also, Asian languages would be a very good thing.

Has anybody engaged in a similar project?
