[Playlist] translations

Hi everybody,

I think translations can certainly help with the growth of XSPF.

I've translated texts before (for Vanilla FLOSS forum software and CSS 
Zen Garden) and would like to volunteer for the Dutch version.

Perhaps we could have a look at the Ubuntu guys? I heard that they have 
some tools (rosetta?) available for translations that make our life 
easier (versioning, collaboration) but I haven't had the time to check 
it out yet...
