[Playlist] xspf resolver

Hey all:

I've added a few more bits to the playlist resolver:

    * I've added a 'display' option that will pretty print a XSPF
    * If a playlist is missing album art, I will attempt to find some at
      amazon and add it to the XSPF


The resolver is at http://research.sun.com:8080/SpiffyContentResolver/
