[Playlist] xspf resolver

Hey toby:

I tried that playlist and it seemed to work fine for me ... looking at 
the logs, it looks like the URL that you gave was not properly 
uuencoded.  If you use the form on the resolver page it should do the 
encoding properly.

BTW, if you go to this page:

http://research.sun.com:8080/SpiffyContentResolver/stats

you can see what the recent urls were ...
