[Playlist] xspf resolver

I haven't yet tried this XSPF resolver thing, but I think it would be better 
set to go "This is what we found.  Do you want to use this, or ignore it?" 
I think that would be a better approach than just taking the best possible 
one and using it without input.  If it was a really random artist, and 
wasn't in the database, your whole playlist would be replaced with something 
that is nowhere near the same.  Not sure how this one works.
