[Playlist] last call for comments, motion to refreeze

Before the re-freezing goes ahead, I'd like to point out that it would
be nice to have a few examples on the Magnet links and Bittorrent
section.

My next target in my very important mission to sell XSPF to the world,
is Democracy Player, [

The kind of name that could only come from Americans (freedom fries).
Anyhow, it's a platform combining Bittorrent and VLC for TVoIP, so
having Bittorrent and Magnet link examples on the spec would help me
out.
