Done.

The question on my mind now is what else we can do to promote and assist 
developers.  There have been a lot of meaty contributions recently, and 
we need a way to get more mindshare for them.

I'm especially interested in ways to connect developers of complementary 
software.  The graphics, validator, libraries, end-user applications, and 
web sites need to be hooked up.
