[Playlist] Online XSPF validator

This is fantastically useful already -- this is the second time since
the weekend that it helped me debug a problem.

A request: when something is valid, the "Valid" comment should appear
at the top, so that the user doesn't have to scroll down past a long
XSPF file.

I think that the followup work on my part should be:
- rename the "schema" page on xspf.org to "validation"
- upload Matthias' fixed schemas and correct text which refers to it
- link to the validator from there
