[Playlist] libSpiff for Mac OS X, libSpiff integration tutorial

Extremely impressive, Sebastien.  I particularly liked the
mini-tutorial, because I found the example programs in the tarball
confusing.

I assume the Mac issues have to do with gcc upgrades to handle ANSI
C++?  That is an incredibly annoying aspect of C++ development.
