[Playlist] libSpiff for Unix

Hello!

libSpiff is now ready for public eyes.
The Most exciting feature of the 0.3
release I published a few minutes ago
is Unix support.
Example code for reading and writing a
playlist is included. Please report
any bugs to the sourceforge tracker.
