I noticed you guys are looking to cleanup the documentation and 
libraries.  I am a Java developer and I used RelaxNG to create my XSPF 
java code for my project.  Would you be interested if I broke it out in 
a Java library and provided a website and documentation for it similar 
to my website for JIntellitype found here:

As you can see it shows source code, javadoc, licenses, and any other 
project information you would like.

I noticed there was JDOM version listed here on your Applications
