[Playlist] Java Library

To elaborate a bit --
There are now libraries for most major platforms. These are mainly
diligent first shots by excellent coders. They need to be brought up to
the stage where they have great documentation, a human friendly web site,
developer discussion boards, etc. They also need to be tested very
aggressively.
