Sorry, should have made that more clear:

Relax NG offers two syntaxes, one based on XML and one
more looking like BNF: the compact syntax. Afaik both
syntaxes can express the very same language. Both Relax NG
schemas for XSPF pass the full test suite. I just added
the compact version to give people more choice.
