[Playlist] XSPF v1 Notes and Errata

I just created a new wiki article for notes
(usage and understanding) and errata in XSPF v1 [1].
Roughly speaking it aims to list all things we would
fix about the XSPF v1 spec, if it wasn't frozen.
This and related notes.

Please help improving and completing this article.
Discussion of its content is in my eyes better
suited here on the mailing list than on the
articles discussion page.
