[Playlist] xspf and spaces in filenames

Hi Gerrit,

On the protocol level that this group addresses, a space in a URL should 
be a + or a %20.  There shouldn't ever be spaces in a URL, whether in 
M3U, HTML, or XSPF.

But I think that maybe your question is about XSPF Web Music Player, 
which is one of the many pieces of software that implement XSPF.  Yes?
