[Playlist] xspf and spaces in filenames

Tried both %20 and + and still no luck. this is certainly not a question 
about the XSPF Web player. I am trying to create my own playlists and 
play them remotely.  I have that working fine when I use m3u's.

The xspf validates and plays the 'track.mp3' format
