[Playlist] xspf and spaces in filenames

If you can connect to the MP3 file in a web browser, try copying and
pasting the URL from the browser's address bar into your XSPF playlist.
That should give you an idea of what the correct URL should look like
(or maybe show that the problem's elsewhere).
