[Playlist] xspf and spaces in filenames

I can repro with my VLC 0.8.6a.  It doesn't work for either + or %20.

Error message is --
main: no suitable access module for `http://test.kuilder.net/02 - And 
Then So Clear.mp3'


This is a straight up bug in VLC.  Nothing high concept about it, and 
having a nice clean repro like this will probably get it fixed in no time.

Gerrit, if you file the bug report, folks here can add ourselves to the 
CC list so we can help with the follow up.
