Someone with Subversion write access like me :-)
I don't have a detailed picture of this whole DTD question
yet though, so before adding it I would like to run
the testsuite my own, think about what Ivo said about
libSpiff and breaking DTDs and stuff. I just need a bit
more time with this, I hope that's not a problem.
