[Playlist] New entry to http://www.xspf.org/applications/

I'm starting to think that perhaps we should be more careful in what
applications we add to the XSPF database.  I'm sad that many of them
don't work with any of the XIph codecs, and usually only MP3.  That
kind of application should not deserve the extra publicity.

But then again, I'm likely in the minority of the few people that
think like this, so...
