[Playlist] New entry to http://www.xspf.org/applications/

It might be cool to setup a resource on xspf.org that documents XSPF
in the wild. It would be a good way to bring together various teams
that use playlists, which can only help with interop as well as higher
level goals like identifier sharing.

Perhaps a space on the Xiph wiki could be set aside. I like the idea
of interweaving example XSPF and commentary, like we just had here.
