[Playlist] New entry to http://www.xspf.org/applications/

I like this idea.  It strikes me as an immediately useful learning tool, 
and you're right it might do a lot of good for broader goals like interop 
and identifier sharing.

The one obstacle I can see is doing the labor to collect XSPF samples in 
the wild.  But maybe there is a way to crowd-source that...
