[Playlist] New entry to http://www.xspf.org/applications/

I've certainly got a big bucket of vintage XSPF playlists in my test
directory. It maybe better to go find fresh ones though, I don't want
to critique someone's invalid XSPF only to see that they've been valid
for months.

I'll see if I can remember my wiki login and start a page.
