[Playlist] XSPF examples on wiki

I've create a page here:
http://wiki.xiph.org/index.php/XSPF_Examples_in_the_wild
I copied Lucas' commentary from above verbatim, but maybe it could use
some editing to take it out of the first-person subjective voice. I
figured it's better to get the original into the edit history.
I also added example XSPF from ccMixter with my commentary (basically
a rant on license metadata conventions).
Hopefully we can get a few more people to add sections for other services.
