[Playlist] added another website to list: Foafing the music

I wonder how many sites that use XSPF are used in ways that benefit from 
interoperability?  For example, if a site uses its own XSPF library but 
plays files using an existing third-party player, they are benefitting 
from interop.  On the other hand, if they use their own generator and 
their own player, they are only benefitting from not having to invent and 
debug their own format.
