Well, logo #1 really does not say anything (if it is meant to be a
"valid xspf" logo). And the font of the "valid" sign on logo #3 is
hardly readable. Just looking at the distorted version in the gallery,
it read like "unlid".

Out of these three, I'd definately go with #2.

I was just about to write to you that you should add a border to it to
make it more button-like on white surfaces, but I realised it does have
a border. Maybe you want to switch the background colour of the gallery
to actually show the border?
