That depends on the settings of the list: If it is open for anyone,  
no spam handling (except users are registered at nabble with email  
address verification).
If only subscribed users are allowed to send, the users have to also  
sign up with the mailing list.

That means before actually posting:

* Register nabble account
* Verify email
* Go to mailing list page on nabble
* Click "subscribe"
* Reply to the mailman confirmation mail by musicbrainz
* Subscribed

PS: Other than what I was afraid before, nabble does not send HTML  
mails. But if you do not set your real name in the Account  
Properties, it does not send  that either way (well, how should it  
know?)
