[Playlist] Application page news

Hello!


Some things changed about the application page
(http://www.xspf.org/applications/) so I thought
I should write a few sentences about that:

 * The list is now now slipt into three
   categories: Applications, Websites and Libraries.

 * Each category is sorted alphabetically.
   Before that the order was chronological.

 * I also added a few new items. Most of them
   were mentioned on the mailing list before.
   These items include:

   * Applications
     * Amarok
     * Audacious
     * foo_xspf
     * The Playlist Resolver
     * Totem

   * Websites
     * Cruxy
     * Last.fm
     * Magnatune

   * Libraries
     * XSPF4PHP

Please share your thoughts if you find mistakes
on the app page, if you can help with better
descriptions or if you have additions.
