[Playlist] time code data for an mp3?

I have thousands of 1-hour (60 minute) DJ radio shows (Set). Each set
contains 8-12 different songs that are continuously mixes by a DJ. I want a
way to create meta data that tells when a track starts within the set. Like
at 22:33 tack/song #4 begins.

So instead of a track being an individual file, it is just a time coded
location withing the set (<tracks>)???
