quick on the draw!

All the Flash players will support the info element.  See 
Jerome Wijering's player, Musicplayer, Lacy Morrow's player, etc.

There is also this fascinating player which does it with Ajax:

playlists using JAXP or JAXB."

There are also some authoring tools out there, with varying degrees of
