[Playlist] time code data for an mp3?

there is only 1 file I get from our radio show. each show is a single mp3
file. Within that single mp3 file, there are several songs that we are
licensed to sell individually. SO this is why when the single mp3 is a 22
minutes and 33 seconds into that mp3, I want the ability to re-direct my
listeners to the the store in order to buy that track.
