I guess we have a misunderstanding here:
I meant that this message should go into [title], not [alt]:

   alt   = "Valid XSPF Playlist"
   title = "This website produces valid XSPF playlist files"

I imagined a user to think "what's that tiny button down there?",
then move the mouse over the button and read the message in
[title] that ideally should come to his help and really answer
his question.

I am probably fine with any solution for [title], even to omit
it if that is consensus. I'm just not sure what is best.
I'd like to hear some more opinions on that topic.
