[Playlist] validator + IPv6 or inexistent hostname

Hi folks,

while working on xspf support for icecast together with Karl I 
discovered that the validator doesn't handle some errors gracefully. 
I've accidentally fed it an host name that resolves IPv6 only (AAAA 
record, no A record). Next I've tried an not existent host.

If the validator host really does not have IPv6 connectivity it might be 
a good idea to have it say "Sorry we can't verify via IPv6 at the 
moment" if only AAAA records exist for an host.
Better handling for an host where no A nor AAAA records exist might also 
be desirable...
