I had an first version of all-mountpoints-in-an-xspf quite soon. (posted 
it here some time ago)
Karl was so kind to do the Icecast back end coding job for the 
per-mount-xspf and removing some unnecessary parts from my xslt file.
This is working fine now and will be in the next version of his Icecast 
branch.
I'll post an URL to my test-server later today.

The XSPF output itself could use some tuning I guess. I'm open for 
suggestions (but please open a new thread or revive the old one, we 
don't want to hijack this thread too much...)
