Lucas, a few corrections that you may (or not) care about:
* It's not Ogg Theora -- it's just Theora.  Rationale: you don't call
XviD, AVI XviD, right?
* "long-form talk audio" is a Speex thing.  MP3 cannot encode voice on
small sizes without making your ears bleed.  Make a mention of Speex
alongside MP3, if possible.
