[Playlist] New "valid XSPF" button proposal

I like this one more than the other options.

Just a few remarks:

- Please make the button Public Domain. I see no use in restricting this 
button in any way other than I would only request that the playlist is 
indeed valid. Off course this doesn't mean we shouldn't give credit to 
Sebastian and therefor I propose to have a 'colophon' for these kinds of 
works on the XSPF website.

- Have you checked the 'standard' sizes of buttons and see how this 
buttons scales with it?

- Have you tried a reversed color scheme to see how it works with other 
backgrounds?

Oh and let me congratulate you with this nice looking button! Great work!
