[Playlist] New "valid XSPF" button proposal

Looks pretty sweet on my (still under construction) site:

XSPF has given me the tool I was looking for to automate the gathering,
storage, and maintenance of playlists. Using it while coding up a quick
CGI website has been very smooth!
