[Playlist] libSpiff 0.6.2rc1 released

I have just released libSpiff 0.6.2rc1 [1] which
finally comes with URI validation. Three days ago
I released the first version of the rewritten URI
parsing library uriparser [2] which now powers
libSpiff with fully RFC 3986 compliant URI validation.
With URI validation inside, libSpiff now passes
the full official test suite.
