At Xiph we place all tools under LGPL and all libraries at New BSD
License. A parser is a tool, and I have already mentioned using LGPL
on an earlier message. If you don't heed my advice, read Lucas'.
Furthermore, we would like to host your project. Either Lucas or
Sebastian will contact you privately on that regard.
