Thanks Steve! I upgraded Grabb.it so now if you "grab" your slideshow
pages, you end up with something like this -

It's not really all that important. This is a way to link to xspf from
a page, without showing the link to the user. It's what we do on
Grabb.it to tell our player how to reach the playlist. Some sites
choose this method if they have a complex user interface and want to
keep as many details out of the displayed html as possible.

Because you are just caching the xspf that you find, when for instance
Grabb.it grabs the page, users don't see the images added by your
service, they just see the originals. If you were to parse the
original xspf and replace the images with the ones from your image
playlists, then your image slideshows would be portable across the
web.

Coral is a great idea - distributed caching of urls to save bandwidth
for the original hosts - with a sadly lacking implementation. The
Coral network is not reliable enough for Grabb.it to use full-time. If
we ever have to take significant funding it will be to build our own
cache. Caching (even distributed caching) really would be nice to have
at the network level, but alas.
