[Playlist] Official extensions and the FAQ

I realized that we need to specify more official
extensions. Why? Because

 * people have the the same questions again and again:
   * nested playlists
   * infinite playlists / playlist chains
   * ...

 * people start inventing their own non-interoperable
   solutions

I remember Lucas started with a first official meta
key - is that true? I could not find it :-(

So let's create good official extensions for those
questions: VLC for example starts using a nested
playlists extension and if we get that clean I think
it would be a big step forward.

Also we should start making use of the XSPF FAQ page [1]
and add questions coming up.
