What?  First, anybody that is using W95 after 12 years, instead of a
Linux don't care or can't run modern programs that deal with modern
formats.  Second, nobody uses w95.  Third, w95 as far as I know uses
FAT32 not FAT (FAT16), and FAT32 does not suffer from this problem.

Don't bother with it.
