[Playlist] [rfc] URI validation for the online validator

Hello!


The online validator [1] currently does
not do URI validation. I was wondering
if I should either

 (A) wait for the uriparser Python
     bindings to get finished
     (not done by me)

 (B) move the license to LGPL _v3_ to
     be able to integrate 4Suite's
     Apache-licensed URI parser [2] or

 (C) do (B) on a fork now and switch
     to (A) later.

What do you think is best?
Any other ways I didn't think of?
