[Playlist] XSPF for haXe

hi.

i've update my xspf generating class written in haxe ( http://haxe.org )
and moved it to the official haxelib (apt-get style repo,
http://haxe.org/haxelib )

to get it you have to install haxe, then type: haxelib install xspf
or get it from http://lib.haxe.org/

this should get mentioned on xspf-website under Applications/Libraries
since i cant guarantee that the actual link will be reachable in the
future.
